Community Guidelines
Last updated: August 5, 2026
The short version: Memes are about humor, creativity, and commentary. Have fun, be original, and be respectful. Punching up with satire is welcome; targeting real people with harassment, hate, or harmful content is not.
1. Our Spirit
MemesVibe exists to make creativity easy and fun. These Community Guidelines describe the standards we expect for content made and shared with our tools. They complement our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out the firm rules and prohibited conduct.
2. What We Encourage
- Original, creative, and funny memes and videos;
- Satire, parody, and commentary that add new meaning;
- Respect for other people, cultures, and communities; and
- Giving credit and respecting others' rights where relevant.
3. What Crosses the Line
The following are not welcome on MemesVibe, and may lead to content removal or loss of access:
- Harassment and bullying — targeting individuals with abuse, threats, or humiliation;
- Hate — content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics;
- Sexual content involving minors — strictly prohibited and reported to authorities;
- Explicit or pornographic content;
- Graphic violence or shock content without clear commentary or value;
- Dangerous misinformation or deceptive content designed to mislead or defraud;
- Privacy violations — sharing someone's private information or images without consent; and
- Infringement — using others' work in ways that are not permitted.
4. Respecting Real People
Public figures are often the subject of satire, and that's part of meme culture. Even so, do not use the Service to harass private individuals, share non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonate someone to deceive, or spread defamatory claims. If you appear in content and want it removed, use our Request Image Removal page.
5. Respecting Creators and Rights Holders
Many templates draw on popular culture. Use them thoughtfully, and remember that availability on the Service does not guarantee a given use is permitted. Rights holders can submit a request through our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
6. Reporting and Enforcement
Help us keep MemesVibe positive by reporting content that breaks these guidelines through our contact form or the relevant removal channels. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend access where guidelines are violated, and we aim to act fairly and proportionately.
7. Changes
As our community grows, we may refine these guidelines. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do.
